VAT & Customs Policies

IvoryRuemia does not collect or remit any international taxes and fees, which means that any import duties/taxes/fees will be collected by your country when it reaches customs.  These fees are the responsibility of the customer.  Your package may be delayed up to 2 weeks while being held by customs.  All fees must be paid for the package to be released to you.  IvoryRuemia is not responsible for these fees and not responsible for helping to contact your country's customs department for release.

By placing an order with IvoryRuemia, it is your responsibility to abide by your country's laws and policies.  If your order is seized by customs, we are not responsible for product losses or shipping funds.  If fees are rejected, the package will not return back to us and a refund cannot be processed.
